These terms and conditions apply to purchases made from Nova Defence AB, company registration number 556884-6850, unless otherwise explicitly agreed.
By completing a purchase through Nova Defence AB’s webshop, you accept these terms and conditions.

A binding agreement between you as the customer and Nova Defence AB is formed only once we have confirmed your order by sending an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation is generated automatically by our system.
In the event of obvious errors, including but not limited to pricing, product information, stock availability, or delivery times, Nova Defence AB reserves the right to correct such errors retrospectively.
If incorrect information is provided by the customer (for example personal identification number, address, or contact details), Nova Defence AB reserves the right to cancel the order.
Order cancellations may be made until 09:00 a.m. on the next business day following the placement of the order by contacting customer service via email.
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT.
Nova Defence AB reserves the right to adjust prices due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to currency fluctuations, changes in taxes, or supplier price adjustments.

Standard shipping: SEK 89 per order
Free shipping on orders exceeding SEK 899, provided that the shipment does not exceed 20 kg.
For shipments exceeding 20 kg, a separate shipping quote will be provided.
Normal delivery time for in-stock items is 1–3 business days.
Products located in remote warehouses have an estimated delivery time of approximately 2–3 weeks.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
In the event of a delivery delay, Nova Defence AB will notify the customer via email. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of a material delay, excluding special orders or customized products.
Nova Defence AB is responsible for the goods during transportation to the customer. The customer is responsible for the transportation risk when returning goods.
To purchase products from Nova Defence AB, you must be at least 18 years of age.
The sale of ammunition and other license-controlled products is subject to Swedish firearms legislation.
When purchasing ammunition, the customer must be able to present a valid Swedish firearms license for the relevant firearm and caliber. Nova Defence AB reserves the right to request a copy or photograph of a valid firearms license and identification before the order is processed or shipped.
Orders containing ammunition will only be processed once the license has been verified and approved by Nova Defence AB. If a valid license cannot be presented, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
For sales to authorities, organizations, or companies, equivalent authorization or procurement documentation may be required.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase and possession of ammunition complies with applicable laws and regulations. Nova Defence AB reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale if legal requirements are not fulfilled.
Ammunition is shipped only within Sweden.
For safety and regulatory reasons, ammunition is not covered by the right of withdrawal.
In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the day the goods were received.
The product must be unused, in unchanged condition, and returned in its original packaging.
A return shipping label is included with each delivery. If our return label is used, a fixed return fee of SEK 159 will be deducted from the refund.
If the customer chooses to arrange return shipping independently, the parcel must be sent as a business shipment with delivery directly to our address.
Nova Defence AB does not collect parcels sent to service points, agents, or parcel lockers.
If a return is incorrectly sent to a service point and the customer requests Nova Defence AB to collect it, a fee of SEK 295 per parcel will be charged.
Incomplete returns or products showing signs of damage may result in a value reduction deduction of up to 50%.
The following products are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
Pyrotechnic products
Hygiene products
NVG systems and night vision equipment
Ammunition
Special-order or customized products
Nova Defence AB provides a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products. The warranty covers defects that existed at the time of delivery.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, modification, or mishandling.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires a valid receipt.
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to Nova Defence AB. Nova Defence AB will cover the cost of return shipping following an approved repair or replacement.
Uncollected shipments will be subject to a fee of SEK 595 plus any applicable invoicing fees.
In the event of non-payment, the matter will be forwarded to a debt collection agency.
When making a purchase or registering an account, Nova Defence AB processes personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.
Personal data is used for order processing, delivery management, and customer support and is shared only with payment providers and shipping partners.
Customers have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data.

Nova Defence AB offers a price guarantee. If you find the same product at a lower price from a Swedish competitor, we will match that price, provided that:
the product is identical
the item is in stock with the competitor
the competitor is registered in Sweden
The price guarantee applies only prior to the completion of a purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be governed by Swedish law.
In consumer disputes, Nova Defence AB follows the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden – ARN).
